2+ years of professional software engineering experience, including building and deploying AI/ML-powered applications (LLMs, agents, or microservices).

• Build full-stack applications (front-end + back-end) that embed AI agents at the core.
• Design APIs, workflows, and orchestration layers for multi-agent, multi-modal AI systems.
• Integrate and fine-tune LLMs, micro-LLMs, and RAG pipelines.
• Deploy AI models into scalable, low-latency services (Docker/K8s/Cloud).
• Develop real-time, interactive dashboards (e.g., Recharts, D3.js) for monitoring AI performance.
• Build and maintain MLOps pipelines for continuous training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Collaborate directly with founders on product experiments, fast prototyping, and go-to-market pilots.
  

Software Engineering Core

• Strong coding in Python & TypeScript/JavaScript
• Full-stack frameworks (NestJS/Node.js, React, Next.js)
• API design (REST/GraphQL), microservices, distributed systems
• SQL/NoSQL databases, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS)
• Cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure)

AI/ML Expertise

• LLMs & transformers (HuggingFace, PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Prompt engineering, fine-tuning (LoRA, PEFT), embeddings & RAG
• Agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or custom orchestration)
• Multi-modal AI (text, chat, voice, image) integration
• MLOps tools (MLflow, Weights & Biases, DVC)

Front-End & UX

• React + Tailwind (or equivalent modern stack)
• Building dashboards with Recharts/D3.js
• Real-time UI (WebSockets, WebRTC)

Bonus

• Voice AI experience (Whisper, Riva, ElevenLabs, etc.)
• Knowledge of trust, audit, and compliance layers in AI systems
