Role Overview: As a highly creative and visionary Design Lead at Namshi, your main responsibility will be to drive Namshi's visual identity and elevate the brand through innovative and trend-forward design. You will lead the design team, develop campaign visuals, ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, and integrate cutting-edge tools into creative workflows. Your role will involve shaping Namshi's creative direction, mentoring a talented team of designers, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver engaging and impactful visuals. Key Responsibilities: - Define and drive Namshi's design vision to ensure consistent brand aesthetics across all platforms. - Conceptualize and oversee 360 creative campaigns from ideation to execution in collaboration with the Creative Lead and Brand Marketing. - Lead and inspire a team of designers, providing guidance, feedback, and development opportunities to foster growth and innovation. - Oversee photoshoots with a creative lens, ensuring alignment with the brand's voice and visual identity. - Deliver high-quality designs using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, ensuring consistency, innovation, and attention to detail. - Leverage emerging AI tools and technologies to enhance design efficiency and creative experimentation. - Partner with Marketing, UX, Content, and Product teams to ensure design solutions align with business goals and customer experience. - Establish and refine design processes and workflows to increase efficiency, output quality, and team productivity. - Stay ahead of design, fashion, and digital trends, infusing fresh ideas and techniques into all creative output. Qualifications: - 8+ years of experience in a design or art direction role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management capacity; fashion or e-commerce background preferred. - Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma are a must; familiarity with AI design tools is a plus. - Strong conceptual thinker with a deep understanding of design principles, branding, typography, and digital aesthetics. - Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a design team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Exceptional verbal and visual communication skills with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset. - Ability to pivot quickly, integrate feedback, and embrace innovation and new technologies.
