Manager Performance Marketing

1. Performance Marketing Strategy

• Develop and execute end-to-end performance marketing strategies across paid channelsGoogle Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, affiliates, and others.
• Set and own growth targets such as customer acquisition, lead generation, ROAS, and revenue.
• Build optimized marketing funnels to improve reach, engagement, conversions, and retention.

2. Campaign Planning & Execution

• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across digital platforms with clear KPIs.
• Conduct A/B and multivariate testing on creatives, audience segments, landing pages, and offers.
• Coordinate with content, creative, and product teams to build impactful and high-converting campaigns.

3. Analytics, Insights & Reporting

• Build and maintain dashboards for tracking marketing performance and key funnel metrics.
• Analyze customer behavior, campaign effectiveness, and digital trends to improve ROI.
• Present insights and performance summaries to leadership with actionable recommendations.

4. Budget Management & Forecasting

• Manage multi-channel marketing budgets efficiently, optimizing for ROI.
• Forecast performance based on historical data, seasonality, and business goals.
• Continuously adjust budget allocation based on channel performance and scaling opportunities.

5. Martech & Tools

• Work with marketing analytics, attribution models, and automation tools.
• Explore new technologies, media platforms, and tools that enhance campaign performance.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with product, sales, design, finance, and technology teams to ensure aligned execution.
• Work closely with internal teams and external agencies for campaign creation and optimization.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of performance marketers or analysts (if applicable).

7. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

• Identify gaps in the marketing funnel and improve conversion across landing pages and digital touchpoints.
• Run CRO experiments and collaborate with UX/UI teams to enhance user journeys and reduce drop-offs.

9. CRM Funnel Management and Reporting

• Interaction with Call Center, IT team, Dialer to get all MIS
• Marketing Dashboard
• Business Dashboard
• Daily and Monthly Tracker

10. SEO

• Optimizing website content, structure, and keywords to improve search engine rankings.
• Conducting regular SEO audits to identify gaps and enhance overall visibility.
• Tracking performance metrics and implementing strategies to increase organic traffic

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• 812 years of hands-on performance marketing experience in digital-first businesses.
• Expertise in major performance platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and programmatic networks.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in attribution modeling, GA4, and marketing analytics.
• Deep understanding of customer acquisition metrics and digital funnel optimization.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets and data visualization tools.
• Strong communication, project management, and leadership abilities.

Good-to-Have

• Experience with marketing automation platforms.
• Exposure to SEO, content marketing, and organic growth strategies.
• Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, consumer internet, or B2B industries.
• Google or Meta certifications.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Analytics is preferred.
