Job Title: Maintenance Executive BMS Building management system & Infrastructure, AC,UPS ,DG ,Electrical infra . Department: Maintenance Reports To: Maintenance Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Executive to oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations of building infrastructure systems. The role involves managing and maintaining key equipment and utilities including BMS (Building Management System), UPS, DG (Diesel Generator), HVAC/AC systems, and general infrastructure. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise and the ability to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operations, vendor management etc Key Responsibilities: Operate, monitor, and maintain the Building Management System (BMS) for optimal building performance and infrastructure maintenance-electrical, plumbing, civil, UPS, DG, HVAC. Conduct routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and breakdown repair for: UPS systems and backup power units. DG sets, including fuel management and performance tracking. HVAC/air-conditioning units, ensuring proper climate control. Electrical panels, lighting systems, plumbing, and other infrastructure. Maintain detailed records of service activities, asset performance, and incident reports. Coordinate with OEMs and service vendors for scheduled maintenance and repairs. Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and internal SOPs. Support in energy management and efficiency initiatives. Assist in planning and executing facility upgrades and infrastructure improvements. Key Skills and Competencies: Strong hands-on experience with BMS, UPS, DG, HVAC/AC systems. Good understanding of electrical and mechanical infrastructure. vendor management Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics. Good communication and documentation skills. computer skill, emails, reports, etc. Qualification: 2 to 3 years of experience with a diploma or degree in engineering background.
