About the Role We’re looking for a Performance/Growth Marketing Manager to lead paid media across Google and Meta (Facebook + Instagram). You’ll own campaign strategy, execution, and optimization to drive qualified leads and conversions across the full funnel — from first click to disbursal. Key Responsibilities Own paid media strategy and execution for Google Search, Display, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. Design and launch performance campaigns for lead generation, eligibility check, loan applications, and retargeting. Collaborate with content and design teams to develop high-performing creatives and ad copy (including AI-generated variations). Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to optimize for CAC, CPL, and ROAS. Run multivariate experiments to test messaging, creatives, landing pages, and audiences across funnel stages. Analyze campaign performance daily, share insights, and course-correct in real-time using dashboards and ad platform tools. Work closely with CRM and product teams to align acquisition with nurturing and conversion flows. Stay ahead of platform updates and trends, implementing new formats, targeting features, and automation tools. Must-Haves 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, with proven success in managing large budgets across Google and Meta Ads Deep understanding of full-funnel paid acquisition: awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention Strong command of Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and analytics tools (GA4, GSC, GTM) Data-driven mindset with experience optimizing for CPA/CAC across multiple personas and geos Hands-on experience with UTM tagging, attribution models, and retargeting flows Creative thinker with an eye for thumb-stopping visuals and conversion-first copy High ownership and bias for action — you thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment Good-to-Have Experience in fintech, edtech, or study-abroad verticals Knowledge of SEO, landing page CRO, and lead nurturing funnels Understanding of student and parent personas in India’s Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets What You’ll Get Opportunity to build and optimize high-scale paid marketing infrastructure Access to the latest AI tools for creative testing and ad production A fast-moving, collaborative team that loves learning and iterating Competitive compensation Show more Show less
