Role Description

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis at our Gurugram office. The role involves developing, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing performance data, and ensuring KPIs are achieved. You will oversee paid advertising strategies across various platforms, manage budgets effectively, and lead efforts to increase customer acquisition and retention. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals is a key aspect of the role.


Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in managing paid marketing campaigns, including LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms
  • Proficiency in performance analysis, data-driven decision making, and tools like Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization and A/B testing
  • Experience with campaign management, targeting strategies, and budget allocation
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Proven experience in a similar marketing role is highly desirable
