About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and growth-driven Performance Marketing Manager who can lead, optimise, and scale paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with ROI-focused campaigns and a strategic mindset to drive measurable business results.

Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
  • Build and manage full-funnel paid strategies for acquisition, retargeting, and retention.
  • Own budgets, pacing, and monthly ROAS/ROI performance.

E-commerce or Service Campaigns (Based on Requirement)

  • For E-commerce: Manage sales campaigns, cost-per-sale, ROAS, marketplace ads (Amazon, Flipkart), and product listing optimisations.
  • For Services: Manage lead generation, cost-per-lead, PPC, and conversion-focused campaigns.

Data & Optimization

  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, competitor analysis, and A/B testing.
  • Optimize ads, landing pages, and funnels for maximum impact.
  • Monitor campaign performance and present insights, dashboards, and reports.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with creative, content, SEO, and tech teams to align campaign objectives with overall marketing goals.
  • Brief design teams on creatives required for ads.

Tools Expertise

  • Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Meta Business Manager
  • Amazon/Flipkart Ad Console
  • CRM & Automation tools

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
  • Strong understanding of both e-commerce and service-based funnel metrics.
  • Proven track record of achieving high ROAS and reducing CPL.
  • Advanced analytical skills with Excel/Sheets, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Ability to manage high budgets and deliver consistent results.
  • Strong communication and team management skills.

Good to Have

  • Experience with marketing automation (HubSpot/Zoho/ActiveCampaign).
  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads.
  • Exposure to creative testing frameworks.
