In this role, you’ll lead the creation of high-impact video content and animated graphics for marketing campaigns, social media, brand storytelling, and digital experiences. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to shape our visual communication across platforms. Key Responsibilities Design and animate compelling video content, motion graphics, and visual assets for digital campaigns, social platforms, product explainers, and brand content. Lead visual direction and concept development for video projects from storyboard to execution. Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver visuals aligned with brand and campaign goals. Edit raw footage and enhance video/audio quality with transitions, sound design, color correction, and effects. Develop templates, style guides, and scalable animation systems for brand consistency. Stay ahead of motion and visual trends to keep creative output fresh and relevant. Mentor junior designers and provide creative feedback when needed. Requirements 4–6 years of experience in motion design, video production, or a related creative role. Strong portfolio showcasing animation, video editing, typography in motion, and visual storytelling. Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop; knowledge of tools like Cinema 4D, Blender, or DaVinci Resolve is a plus. Strong sense of timing, rhythm, and storytelling. Experience creating short-form content optimized for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
