We are a fast-growing flooring startup on a mission to modernize how homeowners and businesses discover, buy, and install flooring. Were looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can own and scale our paid acquisition engine across channels, drive measurable growth, and optimizeCustomer Acquisition Cost (CAC) while improving customer LTV. Key Responsibilities 1. Paid Acquisition & Optimization Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping), Meta Ads, YouTube, Display , and other paid channels. Build and manage performance funnels for key segments: homeowners, contractors, interior designers, builders. Implement A/B tests for creatives, landing pages, CTAs, offers, and bidding strategies. Own weekly performance metrics: CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, cost-per-lead (CPL), and LTV. 2. Analytics & Reporting Evaluate channel performance and identify opportunities to scale spend efficiently. Develop dashboards and provide actionable insights to leadership. 3. Creative & Content Collaboration Work with design/content teams to create ad creatives, videos, landing pages, and product storytelling tailored for flooring audiences. Use insights from campaigns to refine messaging and value propositions. 4. Growth Strategy & Experimentation Identify new growth channels: Manage experimentation roadmap (test new audiences, funnels, and offers). Lead retargeting and remarketing strategies to reduce drop-offs. 5. E-commerce & Lead Conversion Optimize landing pages for conversions (speed, UX, product education, quote forms). Work with sales/ops to ensure high-quality lead flow and monitor post-click performance. Qualifications 1-3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience in D2C, e-commerce, home improvement, or high-ticket consumer products . Strong expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and build insights-driven strategies. Experience optimizing for both lead generation and e-commerce conversions . Comfortable owning budgets, scaling campaigns, and working in a fast-paced startup. SEO knowledge, experience in marketplaces, or familiarity with flooring/interior design categories.
