Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager

Performance Marketing Manager


Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Meta, Google Ads (SEM), and programmatic platforms.
  • Plan and optimize campaigns to drive conversions, lead generation, and revenue growth.

2.Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads) & Google Ads

  • Manage and optimize ad campaigns, ensuring proper targeting, ad placement, and budget utilization.
  • Analyze campaign performance and implement improvements to maximize reach and ROI.

3.Search Engine Marketing (SEM)

  • Conduct keyword research, create ad copy, and manage Google Ads campaigns.
  • Optimize search ads for improved CTR, Quality Score, and lower CPC.

4 .Programmatic Advertising

  • Design and manage campaigns on programmatic platforms, ensuring effective use of data and audience targeting.
  • Collaborate with ad tech partners for programmatic buying and retargeting strategies.

5 .Social Media Marketing (SMM)

  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok (if applicable).
  • Drive engagement and conversions through creative and targeted ad strategies.

6.Performance Analysis

  • Analyze campaign metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPC, etc.) and generate detailed reports.
  • Use insights to refine strategies and continuously improve campaign performance.

7. Collaboration

  • Work closely with creative, analytics, and content teams to align campaigns with broader marketing goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and platform updates to ensure cutting-edge strategies.


Qualifications

Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in performance marketing across Meta, Google Ads, and programmatic platforms.
  • Proven expertise in SEM, SMM, and programmatic campaign management.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Skills

  • Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, DV360, or other programmatic platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
