Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Performance Marketing strategies. 
• Conduct tests, analyze data, and optimize paid search campaigns for maximum ROI. 
• Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives. 
• Write and optimize Search Ads and landing pages. 
• Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization. 
• Research and analyze competitor advertising links. 
• Stay updated on industry best practices for continuous campaign improvement. 

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in SEM platforms (Google, FB, etc.). 
• Familiarity with A/B Testing and optimizing landing pages. 
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and ability to collaborate with remote teams 
• Exposure to Google Analytics and SEO practices is advantageous. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university. 
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
