Performance Marketing Manager

As a Performance Marketing Specialist at Reason & Beyond, a fast-growing digital marketing agency, you will be responsible for managing and scaling campaigns across Meta Ads & Google Ads for Ayurheals, a leading Ayurvedic wellness and e-commerce brand, along with other premium fashion & lifestyle clients and brands under Reason Beyond. This high-impact role requires strong technical expertise and leadership qualities to drive strategy, execution, and business growth effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads & Google Ads for Ayurheals and multiple other brands. - Develop and execute scaling strategies that consistently deliver 3x+ growth. - Handle 3+ accounts simultaneously, ensuring high efficiency and ROI. - Analyze data to improve ROAS, CAC, lead generation, and conversions. - Build creative testing frameworks and funnel strategies tailored to fashion & wellness industries. - Stay ahead of platform updates, market trends, and competitor benchmarks. - Demonstrate leadership and ownership of client accounts, reporting directly on performance outcomes. **Requirements:** - Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing. - Proven track record with fashion, lifestyle, or wellness brands (mandatory). - Demonstrated ability to scale businesses 3x or more through paid media. - Deep knowledge of campaign structuring, audience segmentation, retargeting, and funnel optimization. - Strong analytical and reporting skills with a problem-solving mindset. - Leadership qualities with the ability to manage multiple accounts and guide performance direction. - Must live in Jaipur and be ready to join immediately from there.
