Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Display, Retargeting).
• Optimize for CAC, CTR, CVR, ROAS and overall funnel performance.
• Manage and monitor marketing budgets.
• Run A/B tests for creatives, targeting, and landing pages.
• Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
• Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives.

Requirements

• 3–5 years’ experience in performance/digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Analytics tools.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Experience in conversion funnels and CRO.
• Good communication & coordination skills.
