Media Sales professionals

In this role you will

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities by selling advertising space across all platforms.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, agencies, and brands to maximize repeat business.
  • Understand client marketing objectives and recommend tailored media solutions to meet their needs.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches and media proposals.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and deal terms to close sales effectively.
  • Work closely with the planning, content, and operations teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and forecasts using CRM tools.

You have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in media sales.
  • Strong client network within agencies and direct brands.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
