Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across media platforms
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform strategy
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales initiatives
Negotiate and close deals with agencies and direct clients
Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in media sales
Strong understanding of the media ecosystem: digital, print, and broadcast
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Candidates must be located in Mumbai
