About the Company



Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead end-to-end media sales for key clients and other brand categories.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brand teams, media planners, and procurement heads.
  • Collaborate with internal strategy, creative, and planning teams to craft tailored advertising solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage client renewals & upselling.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present high-impact sales pitches, proposals, and media plans.
  • Mentor and guide the sales team to meet performance goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of meeting revenue goals and driving large client accounts.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with an ability to identify and convert opportunities.
