Media Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager in our organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue through event sponsorships and media sales. With a minimum of 7 years of experience in media sales and event sponsorships, you will play a crucial role in our company's success. Key Responsibilities: - Event Sponsorship: You will manage a diverse range of offline and online events, workshops, and activities throughout the year. Your main tasks will include maintaining communication with potential sponsors, building lasting relationships, and generating revenue for the events. - Media Sales: You will be in charge of our online and print publication platforms, ensuring consistent advertising revenue from sponsors and partners. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in media sales and event sponsorships. - Proficiency in maintaining relationships with sponsors and partners. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. Additionally, our company has a strong market reputation and a well-established database of sponsors and partners specializing in the Indian hospitality and travel industries. You will have access to market-leading CRM tools and process automation to support you in your role. Candidates for this position must have their own accommodation and transport in Goa, with the ability to commute daily to our office in Mapusa. Some intra and inter-state travel may be required, with expenses covered by the company. In terms of compensation, the remuneration for this position ranges between INR 25,000 to 35,000 per month, with additional performance bonuses based on your achievements.,
