Media Sales Manager

We are hiring Media Sales Manager to work with a leading brand

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through strategic sales planning and execution.
• Develop and manage key client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across media, advertising, and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, creative, and media planning) to craft effective client solutions.
• Lead presentations, pitches, and negotiations with clients and partners.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging media innovations.
• Mentor and guide the sales team to achieve business objectives and maintain a high-performance culture.
• Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets as per organizational goals.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of proven experience in media sales, ad sales, or agency business development.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Required Skills

• Strong network and relationships with advertisers, brands, and media agencies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Leadership experience managing sales teams and client accounts.
• Understanding of digital media, integrated campaigns, and brand solutions.
