Media Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager with a minimum of 07 years of experience in media sales and event sponsorships, you will play a crucial role in our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include managing event sponsorships and media sales to drive revenue for our offline and online events, workshops, and publication platforms. For event sponsorships, you will be required to maintain regular communication with a diverse range of potential sponsors and partners. Building and nurturing long-term relationships with them will be key to securing sponsorships for our national and high-impact events. Your ability to deliver revenue targets for each event will be crucial to our success. In terms of media sales, you will be responsible for generating consistent advertising revenue from our various online and print publication platforms. Leveraging your sales skills and industry knowledge, you will work closely with potential sponsors and partners to meet revenue targets and drive growth for the organization. You will benefit from our strong market reputation and an extensive database of existing and potential sponsors and partners in the Indian hospitality and travel industries. Additionally, you will have access to market-leading CRM tools and process automation to support your sales efforts. This role is based in Goa, and candidates are required to have their own accommodation and transportation. Daily travel to our office in Mapusa is mandatory, and occasional intra and inter-state travel will be necessary, with expenses covered by the company. The remuneration for this position is competitive, ranging between INR 25,000 to 35,000 per month, with the possibility of performance bonuses based on achieving set targets.
