About the Role :


Responsible for driving revenue through Radio, OOH, Digital, TV, Audio & Podcast sales by acquiring new clients and growing existing accounts in the assigned city.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pitch and close new business across relevant industries.
  • Create and present customized media solutions and sales proposals.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients; drive upsell and renewals.
  • Coordinate with internal creative/strategy teams for smooth campaign execution.
  • Stay updated on media trends, competition and market opportunities.
  • Sell integrated solutions across Radio, TV, Digital, OOH, Audio & Podcast as per client needs and budgets.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate / Post-Graduate; MBA in Marketing preferred.
  • 2–6 years of proven media / advertising sales experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of media planning/buying and integrated campaigns.
  • Strong networking ability and target-driven mindset.
