Key Responsibilities • Own the entire marketing P&L across services, products, and partnerships. • Lead the brand’s category creation journey from premium car wash to complete automotive ecosystem. • Build and mentor a 30+ member marketing organization. • Balance short-term performance ROI with long-term brand equity. • Oversee both digital and offline brand activations. Ideal Candidate Profile - 10–15 years in marketing leadership with multi-vertical exposure. - Proven experience in scaling brands to ₹10–15 Cr/month revenue. - Strong mix of performance and brand building expertise. - Experience in automotive or hyperlocal industries preferred.
