Role Review :

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to support the Founder’s Office in managing strategic and operational tasks. This role requires prior experience in the IT industry (preferably in SaaS products or website development companies) and the ability to handle high-level coordination, communication, and execution responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities :


  • Email & Communication Management:

  • Handle the founder’s inbox efficiently – draft, respond, and prioritize emails to ensure timely communication.
  • Calendar & Meeting Management:

  • Schedule, coordinate, and manage internal/external meetings, follow-ups, and reminders with utmost precision.
  • Strategic Inputs & Execution Support:

  • Assist in creating presentations, notes, and research inputs for key strategic discussions and decision-making.
  • Dashboard & Report Management:

  • Maintain and update business dashboards (sales, marketing, product metrics, etc.) and provide insights based on data.
  • Cross-functional Coordination:

  • Liaise with internal teams (tech, marketing, sales) to track key deliverables and ensure alignment with the founder’s vision.
  • Documentation & Follow-ups:

  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and ensure timely closure of key action items discussed in meetings.

Required Skills & Experience :


  • 2–4 years of experience in IT companies (preferably in SaaS or website development space)
  • Strong command over email and calendar tools (Google Workspace preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in tools like MS Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and dashboard tools.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
