Investment Banker

As an experienced Investment Banker, you will play a crucial role in assisting HOORA and other high-potential startups in securing funding from Seed to Series A stages. Your responsibilities will include connecting founders with investors, developing compelling fundraising strategies, and providing guidance on capital planning and valuation. You will lead the end-to-end fundraising process from Seed to Series A, which involves building financial models, projections, and investor pitch decks. Your expertise will be essential in creating persuasive investor narratives that are in line with the growth plans of the startups. Additionally, you will advise founders on capital strategy, valuation, and fund allocation. To excel in this role, you should have at least 3-6 years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, or private equity, along with a proven track record of successfully raising Seed and Series A funding. Strong skills in financial modeling, analysis, and valuation are a must, as well as prior experience in D2C, mobility, automotive tech, or service platforms. A robust investor network, particularly in consumer tech, D2C, or hyperlocal startups (automotive sector is a bonus), will be advantageous. The ideal candidate for this position will have a history of closing funding deals in early-stage startups and possess an entrepreneurial mindset.
