Key Responsibilities

• Fundraising Execution:

  Lead and execute the

  Seed to Series A fundraising strategy end-to-end

  , including identifying, pitching, and closing deals with investors.

• Financial Strategy & Valuation:

  Advise the founder on capital strategy,

  valuation, and the strategic use of funds

  to optimize the company's financial structure and runway.

• Investor Narrative:

  Build and refine compelling

  financial models, projections, and pitch decks

  , developing investor narratives that strongly align with HOORA's growth trajectory.

• Deal Closure:

  Own the documentation, due diligence process, and negotiations to ensure the successful and timely closure of funding rounds.
