Hiring : Investment Banker

Location: Nagpur (In-office role)

Salary: Upto 15 LPA

About :

A strategic Investment Banker with experience and passion for startup and innovation. In this role work closely with growth stage startup to structure and execute fundraising strategies across seed to Series A stage. You will act as a key link between founder and investors.

Your Responsibilities :

●     Lead and Execute seed to Series A fundraising strategy end to end

●     Build and refine financial models, projections, and pitch decks

●     Develops investors' narratives that align with company growth.

●     Advise founders on capital strategy, valuation, and strategic use of funds

Parameters :

·      3-6 years’ experience in investment banking, venture capital or private equity

·      Successful track records of raising seed, Series A raises

·      Strong understanding of startup finance, equity funding, and early-stage valuation.

·      Expertise in D2C, mobility automotive tech or service platforms

·      Strong financial modeling, business analysis, and valuation skills

·      Track record of closing funding deals.

Preferred Skills :

·      Prior experience in fundraising for consumer tech, D2C, or Tech-based & Hyperlocal startups.

better if in Automotive.

·      Strong network with active angel investors and VC Firms

·      Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in high-growth environments
