Key Responsibilities:

Client Advisory & Deal Execution

• Advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic transactions.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, investors, and stakeholders.
  
• Conduct due diligence and prepare detailed pitch books, financial models, and valuation analyses.
  

Financial Analysis & Modeling

• Build complex financial models to evaluate potential transactions and assess financial performance.
  
• Analyze market trends, financial statements, and economic conditions to provide investment insights.
  
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  

Capital Raising & Fundraising

• Assist clients in raising capital through equity, debt, or hybrid instruments.
  
• Coordinate with legal, compliance, and underwriting teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
  
• Negotiate deal terms and structure financing solutions that meet client needs.
  

Market Research & Strategy

• Monitor and analyze industry sectors, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities.
  
• Support the development of business strategies and growth initiatives for clients.
  
• Keep abreast of regulatory changes impacting investment banking activities.
