Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist Location: Arihant Kohinoor, Trimurti Nagar, Nagpur Working Days/Hours: Mon–Sat | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Sunday off) Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000/month Benefits: PF & ESIC Role Overview: We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in bulk hiring across IT & Non-IT roles , preferably from B2C or startup environments. Key Responsibilities : Manage end-to-end bulk hiring independently. Source, screen, and schedule candidates via job portals, social media, and referrals. Coordinate with hiring managers for interview processes. Build and maintain a candidate pipeline. Lead a small hiring team if required. Requirements : 3+ years of recruitment experience. Proven success in bulk/volume hiring. Prior experience with B2C/startup companies (e.g., Swiggy, Zomato, UrbanClap). Strong communication, coordination, and decision-making skills.
