Role Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for TransFunnel. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing the hiring process from sourcing to onboarding, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify workforce needs. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, requiring close coordination with internal teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience and alignment with long-term business goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and recruitment tools.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills for effective candidate and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to develop creative recruitment strategies and resolve challenges in a fast-paced hiring environment.
  • Knowledge of organizational workforce planning and talent market trends.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with MarTech, IT services, or consulting industries is a plus.
  • Prior experience working in a high-growth or dynamic organizational environment.
