Mandatory experience in Contract Staffing (Contract or C2H models). Well-versed in using job boards like Naukri and Monster. Strong understanding of all requirements as per job descriptions. Proven ability to work as an individual contributor. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated and independent work ethic. Effective negotiation skills. Familiarity with various non-IT skills and job families (e.g., Finance, HR, Admin, Operations, Marketing, etc.). Preferred Qualifications Prior experience working with product companies and/or tier-1 companies .
