Role Summary

results-driven D2C Growth Manager



Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Marketing & Revenue Growth

  • Run ROI-focused ad campaigns across

    Meta, Google, marketplaces, affiliates

    .
  • Optimize

    CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates

    at each funnel stage.
  • Drive

    retention strategies

    (Email, WhatsApp, SMS) to boost LTV.

  • Funnel & CRO Management

  • Build and optimize

    high-converting landing pages & eCommerce flows

    .
  • Use

    A/B testing & analytics

    to minimize drop-offs and improve funnel efficiency.

  • Product & Market Strategy

  • Identify and scale

    high-potential SKUs

    with product/sourcing teams.
  • Recommend

    pricing, positioning & creatives

    for maximum market impact.

  • Data & Reporting

  • Track and present

    daily/weekly KPIs

    (Revenue, CAC, ROAS, LTV).
  • Maintain growth dashboards to drive actionable insights.



Requirements

  • Experience:

    3–6 years in

    D2C growth/performance marketing

    (preferably auto-care/automotive brands like

    3M, Turtle Wax, Wavex, Shinex

    ).

  • Proven Track Record:

    Direct role in scaling a brand to

    ₹50L+/month revenue

    .


  • Skills:

  • Paid Media Mastery (

    Meta, Google, Marketplaces

    )

  • Funnel Building & CRO

  • Retention & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Data Analysis & Growth Reporting

  • Tools:

    Shopify, GA4, Ads Manager, /CRM platforms.
  • Must be

    Nagpur-based or open to relocation

    .
