Job Title: Performance & Growth Marketing Lead (D2C)
Location: In-Office (Nagpur)
Reporting To: VP & CEO
We’re looking for a results-driven D2C Marketing Lead to scale our digital revenue through high-performance growth strategies. You’ll lead funnel development, performance marketing, landing page optimization, and team growth—aimed at accelerating direct-to-consumer business.
· Design and optimize full-funnel D2C journeys (TOFU to BOFU)
· Execute data-driven ad campaigns across Meta, Google & others
· Build and optimize high-converting landing pages
· Drive down CAC and boost ROAS
· Lead product research and creative testing
· Manage retargeting and remarketing strategies
· Mentor and grow the D2C marketing team
· 2–5 years of experience in D2C performance/growth marketing
· Proven record of driving ₹1 Cr+ revenue via digital campaigns
· Strong grasp of landing page CRO, funnel analytics & ad hook strategy
· Hands-on with Shopify, Page Builders, Meta Ads & GA4
· Creative and analytical mindset with eye for design and consumer behavior
· D2C Revenue Growth
· Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
· Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
· Landing Page Conversion Rate
· Retargeting Revenue
