Position: Influencer Marketing Manager Experience: 3+ years Location: Shivajinagar, Pune Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will spearhead influencer marketing campaigns, build long-term partnerships with influencers, and drive brand awareness and engagement across digital platforms. This role demands a strategic thinker who is results-driven, trend-focused, and exceptional at relationship management. Key Responsibilities 1. Campaign Strategy & Execution: -Design and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns to align with brand goals and target audiences. -Develop innovative strategies to maximize reach and engagement. 2. Influencer Identification & Partnerships: -Identify and onboard influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors across relevant social media platforms. -Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers to ensure consistent brand representation. 3. Content Development & Coordination: -Collaborate with influencers and internal teams to create high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content. -Ensure timely and impactful delivery of influencer-driven campaigns. 4. Performance Tracking & Optimization: -Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including engagement, reach, ROI, and brand sentiment. -Optimize campaigns based on insights and trends for continuous improvement. 5. Budget Management: -Plan and manage the influencer marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal utilization and ROI. 6. Trend Analysis: -Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and influencer marketing best practices. Provide recommendations to maintain a competitive edge. Key Skills: -Sales-Driven: Results-focused with a strong ability to meet and exceed campaign objectives. -Outgoing and Extroverted: Enjoys networking, building relationships, confidently engaging with influencers and Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and branding. -Trend-Oriented: Proactively identifies and acts on new trends, Social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and influencer ecosystems. -Proactive with Digital Media : Actively seeks collaborations and stays hands-on with outreach tools and campaign analytics tools and platforms. -Fluent in English and Hindi: Strong communication skills to engage with diverse influencers and teams effectively. Qualifications: Experience: 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field..
