Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across leading e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Instamart, Blinkit, Zepto, and others.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to optimize ROI.
  • Budget Management: Plan, manage, and allocate marketing budgets efficiently to maximize campaign outcomes while minimizing costs.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Brand, Sales, and Creative to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Market Research: Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging trends, new opportunities, and evolving consumer behavior that can shape campaign strategies.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and optimization recommendations to management and stakeholders.
  • A/B Testing: Design and execute A/B tests and other experiments to determine the most effective messaging, creatives, and audience targeting approaches.
  • Stay Updated: Stay updated with the latest platform updates, digital marketing trends, and best practices in performance and marketplace advertising to enhance campaign efficiency continuously.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of hands-on experience in managing paid ad campaigns across major e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Instamart, Blinkit, and Zepto.
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Power BI, and other analytical or dashboarding tools to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and convert them into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional attention to detail in campaign execution, reporting, and budget management.
  • Results-driven and data-oriented mindset with a strong focus on performance metrics, ROI, and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective cross-functional teamwork.
