Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
  • Drive high-quality leads for Executive Programs, UG&PG programs, and career focused courses
  • Own key metrics such as CPL, ROAS, conversion rates, and lead quality
  • Work closely with sales and counseling teams to align marketing efforts with revenue outcomes
  • Continuously test ad creatives, copies, landing pages, and funnels to improve performance
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights
  • Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and best practices in performance marketing

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Performance Marketing
  • Mandatory experience in EdTech
  • Strong understanding of paid media funnels, lead nurturing, and audience targeting
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to make decisions based on numbers, not assumptions
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
  • Ability to take ownership and drive results independently
