Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students on career choices and course options (UG/PG) based on their interests and goals
Handle inbound and outbound calls and follow up on leads provided by the company
Clearly communicate course details, fee structures, and admission processes
Build trust and rapport with students and parents through regular interaction
Maintain detailed records of student conversations and conversions on CRM
Meet weekly/monthly enrollment targets

What Were Looking For:

Graduate or Postgraduate in any stream
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Prior experience in EdTech or counseling preferred
Confident, proactive, and target-driven mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
