Digital Performance & Growth Marketing Manager

What you’ll do

• Own Mango Hill’s

  digital performance and growth strategy

• Lead performance marketing across Meta, Google, and emerging channels
• Work closely with our digital agency to

  review, analyse, plan, and optimise

  monthly performance spends
• Monitor website performance, user journeys, and conversion funnels
• Build clear, insightful performance reports and recommendations for leadership
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to shape offers and revenue-driven campaigns
• Stay tech-forward with a strong understanding of

  martech, analytics, attribution, and digital evolution

• Ensure performance activity aligns with brand tone and long-term growth objectives

What we’re looking for

• 8–10 years

  of experience in digital & performance marketing
• Proven track record of

  driving revenue and growth

  , not just traffic
• Strong analytical and presentation skills
• Experience managing agencies and complex digital ecosystems
• Strategic thinker who is solution-oriented and self-driven
• Someone who enjoys ownership and thrives in a growing organisation
• Good language and communication skills
