Role & responsibilities 1. Amazon Marketplace Mastery (Core Focus) Full-Funnel Management: End-to-end ownership of Amazon Marketing Services (AMS/Advertising), including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display. Algorithmic Optimization: Leverage deep knowledge of the Amazon A9/A10 algorithms to improve organic Best Seller Rank (BSR) through strategic ad-spend placement. Defensive & Offensive Bidding: Execute sophisticated keyword harvesting and brand-protection strategies to maintain a dominant Share of Voice (SOV) in the premium electronics category. 2. Multi-Channel Performance & D2C Google & Meta Ads: Manage high-intent Google Search/Shopping (PMax) and Meta conversion campaigns to drive profitable traffic to our D2C site. Funnel Analytics: Optimize the customer journey from "Click to Delivery," focusing on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and reducing Drop-off rates. 3. Data Analysis & Financial Oversight Profitability Metrics: Move beyond ROAS to manage the business on TACOS (Total Advertising Cost of Sales) and Contribution Margin levels. Inventory Integration: Synchronize marketing spend with supply chain reality. Dynamically adjust bids based on stock health, lead times, and incoming shipments to avoid "out-of-stock" penalties. Reporting: Build and automate performance dashboards using Excel (Power Query), SQL, or BI tools to provide actionable insights to senior leadership. 4. Team Leadership & Strategy Mentorship: Lead and upskill a team of 45 Performance Executives, fostering a culture of rigorous testing and data integrity. Experimentation: Establish a roadmap for continuous A/B testing across landing pages, bidding models, and audience segments. Preferred candidate profile Numerical Orientation: Exceptional comfort with large datasets and complex formulas. Should be able to identify "statistical significance" in test results. Technical Expertise: Proven track record in managing high-ticket electronics or distribution-led businesses where inventory turnover is a critical KPI. Tool Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Google Ads Manager, and GA4. Advanced Excel skills are non-negotiable. Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate abstract numbers into concrete business recommendations regarding pricing, bundling, and market expansion. A "Product-First" philosophy: Understanding the technical specifications of premium electronics. Strong stakeholder communication: Ability to explain complex data trends to non-technical partners.
