What You'll Do:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and DSP/Programmatic platforms to drive traffic, app installs, and conversions.

Develop ROI-driven performance strategies to scale user acquisition and retention.

Manage $100,000+ monthly ad budgets efficiently across markets and channels.

Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CAC, ROAS, LTV, etc.) with actionable insights.

Lead creative and messaging testing across different audience cohorts.

Collaborate with category, design, and analytics teams to align campaigns with business goals.

Stay ahead of digital trends and ad innovations within the GCC eCommerce ecosystem.

Build a strong understanding of regional consumer behavior and apply it to campaign targeting and messaging.

What We're Looking For:

6+ years of experience in performance marketing for eCommerce, marketplace, or app-based businesses.

Proven expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping), and DSP/Programmatic platforms.

Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics, GTM, GA4, and performance dashboards.

Deep understanding of GCC markets, digital audience segments, and media consumption patterns.

Hands-on experience managing high-budget campaigns with measurable business growth outcomes.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Data-driven, strategic, and operationally strong.
