We are seeking a data-driven, results-oriented Performance Marketer to lead our paid marketing efforts across digital channels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns to drive growth, traffic, and conversions. Key Responsibilities Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel performance marketing campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Display Networks, SEO/SEM, Affiliates). Develop strategies to acquire new users and optimize existing campaigns for growth. Manage and optimize paid search, social, and display campaigns across a variety of platforms, ensuring maximum ROI. Analytics & Data-Driven Optimization Utilize data and insights to continuously improve campaign performance, analyzing key metrics (e.g., CPA, CPL, CPC, LTV, ROI). Perform A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to enhance user experience and increase campaign performance. Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.) to monitor and report on campaign performance. Budget Management & Reporting Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns remain within budget while maximizing results. Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders, outlining key KPIs, performance insights, and recommendations. Collaboration & Strategy Work closely with the product, creative, and content teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives. Provide insights on market trends and customer behavior to inform overall marketing strategies. Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition Design and implement user acquisition strategies to drive high-quality leads and conversions. Continuously refine targeting strategies to improve lead quality and reduce cost-per-lead (CPL). Education Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field. Experience 5-6 years of proven experience in performance marketing, with a strong track record of managing and optimizing campaigns across multiple channels. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising platforms. Deep understanding of performance metrics, attribution models, and how to leverage them to optimize marketing outcomes. Technical Skills Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools. Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). Familiarity with landing page builders and A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, Unbounce). Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data and adjust strategies accordingly. Knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. Soft Skills Strong communication and presentation skills.
