Position: Operations Manager - Workforce Deployment Location: Pune CTC: 07 Lacs Budgeted Our Client Our client is India's leading AON-certified TPA under NAPS, with 20+ years of impact across apprentice development, manpower services, business outsourcing, and learning solutions. They are headquartered in Pune, and help firms cut costs and boost productivity. Role Statement Responsible for operation Across pan India. Ensure that the share of business with the client remains unchanged Provide Daily Operational reports to the management, thereby ensuring timely & effective management of manpower for the clients. Ensure timely & accurate completion of administrative processes like KYC, attendance monitoring & reporting at all sites. Ensure proper adherence to Organizational Brand promise, core values & policies. Job Element Responsibilities: Feasibility Survey Visit the prospective clients along with the BD team to understand the client requirements & offerings thoroughly. Survey the location to understand the local dynamics, available resources for lodging & boarding, transportation, etc. Be updated on the local salary levels offered by other companies & update the BD team / prospective clients about the same. Provide inputs to the BD team for effective negotiation & terms of engagement. Client Coordination Ensure that the client's requirements are fulfilled on a timely basis. In case of new/additional requirements received from the clients, inform them to send an email to the designated email ID, in cases where clients don’t send emails, draft emails on their behalf & send to the designated email, marking copy to the client for approval. Gather client feedback regularly. In cases of dissatisfaction, address the issues on priority & ensure resolution of the same. Visit the clients every month & maintain the visit report. Get the client feedback form filled out by the client every quarter. Team Leadership Assign sites to the Field Officers & Supervisors. In case of new sites/locations, recruit new team members, if required. Ensure that the team has the necessary information & resources to perform their jobs effectively. Give constructive feedback to the team to enhance their overall performance. Motivate the team to keep the working spirit and passion alive. Ensure retention & development of the team. Anticipate & resolve grievances of the team. Guide & train the team to enhance their performance. In case of specific training needs, collaborate with the HR team to organize the training programs. Enabling candidate registration, Attendance Monitoring Ensure on-time submission of documents for registration of candidates. Monitor and manage attendance tracking, absenteeism management, & attrition analysis regularly. In case of deviations, take corrective measures. Performance monitoring Conduct timely reviews with the team to ensure the achievement of desired outcomes. In case of any deviations, guide the team toward the course correction needed. Grievance Redressal Gather feedback from the supervisors about the candidates’ grievances, if any. Resolve the grievances with the help of supervisors. In case of grievances involving action/support needed from clients, involve the BD team & have a joint meeting with the client's HR representative. MIS Reporting Ensure that the ‘daily headcount reports’ are maintained by all the team members & are shared with the compliance team daily before 5 pm. Monitor & analyze the data to identify trends, assess effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement. Share the MIS reports with the BU Head on a timely basis. Must have worked in Staffing Companies, Manpower Providing Companies, and Facility management with high workforce turnover & fulfillment requirements. These are non-IT requirements; hence, professionals with IT experience do not apply. This is work from an office job, and intensive fieldwork may be required. Age should not exceed 47 years.
