Job Title: Sales Admin / Ops Manager Experience: 3+ Years (BFSI) Location: Mumbai Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Sales Operations Manager with a strong background in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. This role is ideal for a professional with 3+ years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about streamlining sales processes, managing proposals, analyzing data, and driving automation through cutting-edge AI tools. Key Responsibilities: Proposal & Bid Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end RFP, proposal, and bid submission processes to support sales growth. CRM Administration & Optimization: Maintain and improve CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) to ensure accurate sales tracking, lead management, and data hygiene. Sales Analytics & Reporting: Analyze sales performance metrics, develop dashboards, and provide actionable insights to forecast and improve sales outcomes. Sales Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and streamline workflows by implementing efficient processes and AI-driven automation tools (e.g., chatbots, predictive analytics). Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to ensure alignment on strategy, execution, and reporting. Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to support data-driven sales initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field ( MBA preferred ). Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Operations/Admin within the BFSI sector . Proven expertise with CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot. Strong data analysis and visualization skills using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau . Understanding of AI and automation tools in sales enablement. Excellent communication , interpersonal, and project management skills.
