Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Operations Manager at Amiy Naturals located in Bhopal. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, optimizing processes, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth functioning of the facility. This role involves coordinating with different departments, conducting performance evaluations, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency.

The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day team management, factory functioning, and end-to-end operational processes. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to balance efficiency with quality. The candidate will be directly responsible for managing a 13-member operations team, ensuring flawless execution across logistics, QC, packaging, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership

  : Supervise and guide a team of 13 employees across sales, designers, social media, production, QC, packaging, and logistics. Foster a culture of accountability and teamwork.
• Factory Operations: Manage daily functioning of the factory, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and adherence to timelines.

• Quality Control

  : Implement and monitor strict QC processes to maintain premium product standards.

• Packaging & Dispatch

  : Oversee packaging quality and timely order fulfillment to meet customer expectations.

• Logistics Management

  : Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely deliveries and optimized costs.

• Vendor Management

  : Build strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure consistent raw material supply.

• Compliance & Safety

  : Ensure factory operations comply with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

• Reporting & Process Improvement

  : Maintain MIS reports, track KPIs, and continuously optimize operational processes for cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
• Customer support: Handle a team of 4 doctors for seamless customer support via, calls, mails, sms, WhatsApp

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in FMCG, wellness, or D2C brands.
• Strong knowledge of logistics, vendor management, and factory operations.
• Excellent people management and leadership skills.
• Hands-on approach with a problem-solving mindset.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/ERP systems for reporting and process tracking.
