Job Title: Bar Manager Location: Coimbatore, Peelamedu, Fun Mall Position Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to join our Barcade Center in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of bar activities and a proven track record in managing bar operations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the bar, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction. Plan and execute weekly and daily events or programs aimed at increasing sales and customer engagement. Maintain a competitive knowledge of other bar and restaurant offerings in and around the area. Develop and implement strategies to outperform competitors and attract more customers. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Requirements: Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of bar activities, events, and customer service. Competitive awareness and ability to plan and execute strategies to increase sales. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
