About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to join our Barcade Center in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of bar activities and a proven track record in managing bar operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the bar, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.

• Plan and execute weekly and daily events or programs aimed at increasing sales and customer engagement.

• Maintain a competitive knowledge of other bar and restaurant offerings in and around the area.

• Develop and implement strategies to outperform competitors and attract more customers.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of bar activities, events, and customer service.

• Competitive awareness and ability to plan and execute strategies to increase sales.

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
