Bar Manager

You will be responsible for overseeing daily bar operations at Curry & Hops, an upcoming multi-cuisine brewery and bar in Aerocity, Mohali. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing inventory, ordering, and stock control - Training and managing bar staff to maintain service, quality, and presentation standards - Creating and updating cocktail menus and promoting signature beverages - Ensuring compliance with local liquor laws and safety standards - Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and equipment upkeep of the bar - Monitoring beverage costs, wastage, and profitability targets - Working closely with the GM to drive sales and enhance guest experience - Handling guest concerns professionally and ensuring high levels of satisfaction - Preparing staff schedules and ensuring smooth service during peak hours To qualify for this role, you should have: - Minimum 24 years of bar management experience - Overall 7 plus years of experience in high volume Bar cum Restaurant - Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and beverage trends - Proven team leadership and staff training skills - Excellent communication and guest interaction abilities - Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-volume environment - Experience in stock management and cost control - Reliability, punctuality, and professional presentation In addition to a competitive salary, we offer staff meals, employee discounts, a supportive and energetic work culture, and the opportunity to work at one of Mohali's most exciting dining destinations.
