As an Executive Chef (Equity Partner) at our Restro cum Brewery & Bar located in Aerocity, Mohali, Punjab, you will play a pivotal role in leading the culinary operations of our establishment. This unique opportunity offers an equity partnership, allowing you to share in the success and growth of our business. We are looking for a creative and experienced individual with a passion for gourmet pub-style cuisine, beer-food pairings, and high-volume kitchen management. Your responsibilities will include menu development, kitchen operations, cost control, team leadership, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience that complements our craft beers and bar offerings. Your key responsibilities will revolve around menu development and culinary innovation. You will be tasked with designing and developing a high-quality menu that complements our craft beers and bar offerings. Additionally, you will create beer-infused dishes, curate a bar-friendly food menu, and incorporate seasonal and local ingredients to keep the menu fresh and exciting. Staying abreast of culinary and industry trends will also be crucial to enhancing the overall customer experience. Collaboration will be essential in your role as you work closely with the Brewmaster and Bar Manager to create dishes that pair well with craft beers, cocktails, and premium spirits. Training staff on beer-food and cocktail-food pairing recommendations will be part of your responsibilities, along with developing special pairing menus and themed food festivals. Your leadership and team management skills will come into play as you recruit, train, and lead kitchen staff, fostering a positive and high-performing kitchen culture. You will also be responsible for overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations, implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining hygiene and food safety standards, and managing kitchen equipment and maintenance. Cost control and financial management will be key aspects of your role, where you will manage food costs, labor costs, and operational expenses to optimize profitability. Additionally, you will monitor inventory, portioning, and waste reduction strategies, analyze food sales data, and adjust the menu for revenue generation. Your focus on customer engagement and experience enhancement will ensure a memorable dining experience for our guests. Engaging with customers for feedback, participating in live cooking events, and collaborating with the marketing team for promotions will be part of your responsibilities. As part of the equity partnership details, you will be offered an equity stake in the business, with a vesting schedule over a predetermined period and specific performance metrics related to profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. A profit-sharing arrangement may also be implemented to align your interests with the restaurant's financial performance.
