We’re now looking for a rockstar B2B Sales Manager to own our Mumbai region and build deep, high-conversion relationships with Ayurvedic/Ayush doctors and clinics. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Mumbai. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales & relationships, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving sales growth in the assigned region. Daily tasks include doctor follow-ups, conducting market research, identifying doctors' & clinics, and building relationships with doctors & clinics. The role also involves setting sales targets, analyzing sales data, and preparing reports to present to senior management. Qualifications Sales Strategy Development and Sales Management skills Experience in Market Research and Business Development Strong Leadership and Self-starter abilities Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills Proficiency in Sales Data Analysis and Reporting Ability to work on-site in Mumbai Previous experience in the Ayurvedic/Ayush health or wellness industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field 💼 What You'll Do: Build a strong network of Ayurvedic doctors & wellness clinics Drive prescriptions, recommendations & clinic sales Achieve high monthly & quarterly revenue targets Run product trials, clinic activations, and sampling programs Be the face of Amiy for our clinical partners Collect market insights, feedback from doctors, and help improve our go-to-market Work closely with the marketing and medical teams to align on messaging and support 🧑 Who You Are: 5–8 years of experience in Ayurvedic/ Ayush product sales Strong existing network in Mumbai’s Ayurvedic/Ayush clinics, doctors, institutions Target-oriented, self-motivated, and persuasive communicator Passionate about combining ancient bio-active knowledge and modern science Someone who doesn’t just sell — but educates, inspires, and solves Results-driven, energetic, and mission-aligned 💚 Why Join Amiy?
