Hotel Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily activities of the hotel. You will be responsible for ensuring all departments run smoothly, maintaining high standards of guest service, and maximizing profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Department Oversight: Supervise and coordinate Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and F&B teams.
Quality Control: Enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent guest experiences.
Guest Relations: Handle escalated guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Financial Management: Monitor daily expenses, control costs, and assist in budget planning.
Staff Management: Lead, train, and schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage and high morale.
Requirements
Experience: Proven experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role.
Leadership: Strong ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
Problem-Solving: Excellent decision-making skills under pressure.
Operational Knowledge: Familiarity with Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
