Job Description


The Operations Executive at Tiramisu plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth functioning of our retail, inventory, and fulfilment operations across stores, MBOs, and online channels. You will be the backbone that keeps processes tight, timelines intact, and customer experience stress-free.

This role is perfect for someone who loves structure, speed, accountability and wants to grow with one of India’s fastest-scaling jewellery brands.



Key Responsibilities


1. Inventory & Stock Management

  • Daily stock reconciliation across EBOs, MBO partners, and warehouse.
  • Track inward/outward stock movement & maintain updated records.
  • Monitor low-stock SKUs and raise timely replenishment requests.
  • Coordinate with artisans/production team for dispatch status.

2. Store Operations Support (EBO & MBO)

  • Ensure stores have sufficient stock and display-ready pieces.
  • Coordinate with store staff for VM updates, product hygiene, packaging availability.
  • Track store-level sales data & operational issues.
  • Assist in execution of new store openings, kiosks, MBO onboarding.

3. Order Fulfilment

  • Ensure all website & marketplace orders are processed on time.
  • Quality check before dispatch; ensure packaging standards are followed.
  • Coordinate with courier partners to resolve delays, returns or RTO issues.

4. Vendor & Partner Coordination

  • Liaise with procurement partners, packaging vendors, logistics companies & MBO partners.
  • Follow up on production timelines, delivery schedules & billing issues.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain daily/weekly MIS on stock, sales, ageing inventory, returns, and fulfilment.
  • Prepare reports for Operations Head and Leadership Team.
  • Support in maintaining SOPs and process documentation.

6. Quality Control

  • Perform random QC of products before they move to stores or dispatch.
  • Flag defect trends to the production team and ensure corrective actions.



Key Skills Required

  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
  • Excellent coordination, follow-up, and communication skills.
  • Understanding of retail or jewellery operations (preferred).
  • Highly organised, process-oriented, reliable & proactive.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with speed and accuracy.
