The role involves calling clients from assigned states, checking their satisfaction levels with our services, solving basic queries, and sharing reports with the concerned departments. Each caller will also coordinate with specific state branches as listed above. _________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: Call and follow up with clients from assigned state branches to check if they are satisfied with our services. Collect client feedback, note issues or suggestions, and ensure timely resolution. Politely handle and resolve queries or forward them to the right department/person. Coordinate with respective branch teams for smooth communication and service updates. Maintain accurate call logs, feedback records, and follow-up details. Prepare daily/weekly reports and submit them to the reporting manager. Assist the PR and Client Servicing teams with coordination and data-related tasks. _________________________________________ Requirements: Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred. Experience: 1–2 years in telecalling, customer support, or client relations. Skills: Excellent communication in Hindi and English (regional language will be an advantage based on location).
